The Selection
The exhibition Selection - Icelandic Photographs 1866-2009 is curated by the photographer Einar Falur Ingólfsson and was first displayed at the Akureyri Art Museum in August. The exhibition shows photos by 13 Icelandic photographers that dedicated their careers to photography. Those photographers are Sigfús Eymundsson, Nicoline Waywadt, Magnús Ólafsson, Pétur Brynjólfsson, Sigríður Zoëga, Jón Kaldal, Ólafur Magnússon, Vigfús Sigurgeirsson, Ólafur K. Magnússon, Guðmundur Ingólfsson, Sigurgeir Sigurjónsson, Ragnar Axelsson and Páll Stefánsson.
